For HATH members · Providence, Rhode Island

100 coins. One hour of help. Banked in your name, just for being a member.

HATH Coin is the simplest part of being a HATH member: every month, your membership banks coins in your name. Every 100 coins is one hour of professional home-care work — lawn, snow, repairs, smart-home help — ready whenever you need it.

What it is

Help, banked for the day you actually need it.

Most homeowners pay for help only when something breaks — a quote here, a service-call fee there, a stranger from the internet. HATH flips that.

As a member, every month a small portion of your dues becomes HATH Coins — banked hours of help in your name. They sit in your account until you decide what to spend them on. No quotes. No service-call fees for everyday help. Just hours, ready when you are.

Think of it like a coffee shop punch card, except instead of coffee, you're banking time with the team that already knows your home.

"It's the easiest part of being a member. You forget about it — until the day a pipe makes a noise, and you remember you have hours already paid for. Then you just call."

— How members describe it

How you earn them

Your membership does it for you, automatically.

You don't have to track points, scan receipts, or "activate" anything. Coins land in your account on the same day every month, like a paycheck for your home.

Every month, on schedule

A set number of coins is added to your balance based on your tier — Core, Standard, or Premium. No paperwork, no claims.

Unused hours roll over

A quiet spring doesn't get wasted. The hours you didn't burn this month are still sitting in your account when you do need them.

Loyalty bonuses

The longer you're a member, the more your account unlocks — including smart-home upgrades and surprise bonus coins after milestone anniversaries.

Refer a neighbor

Bring a friend onto HATH and you both get a one-time deposit of bonus coins. Real hours of help, not a discount on a future quote.

What it buys

Anything HATH does is available to spend coins on.

Whatever the HATH team can do for your home, your coins can pay for it. 100 coins = one hour of professional time. No "approved categories." If we do it, you can use coins on it.

Coverage grows over time

Why you'd want to hold onto them

Coins aren't a discount. They're a guarantee.

The reason members like the coins isn't the math — it's the feeling of having help already paid for, waiting in your account. Here is why that matters.

Reason 01

One hour stays one hour

Coins are locked to hours of HATH work — 100 coins to one hour — not to a fixed dollar amount. If the cost of skilled labor goes up over the years — and it does — your coins quietly keep pace. An hour earned now is still an hour later.

Reason 02

No "use it or lose it"

Coins don't expire while you're an active member. A quiet stretch doesn't get wasted — it becomes a covered fall, or a covered emergency you don't see coming yet.

Reason 03

Members come first

When something does break, your coins put you at the front of the line. We schedule members ahead of one-off jobs — every time.

Why your coins quietly hold their value.

The cost of a skilled professional's hour generally goes up, year after year. Because HATH Coin is tied to an hour of work, not a fixed dollar amount, the coins in your account stay worth exactly what you'd care about — a real hour of real help from a real team.

An hour today
100 HATH Coins = a full hour of HATH service
An hour years from now
Still 100 HATH Coins = a full hour of HATH service

Plain English: your coins don't lose value to inflation the way a gift card does. An hour is an hour.

Using your coins

Spending coins is the same as making a call.

There's no "spending" experience to learn. You ask, we show up, and the coins for that hour come out of your balance. That's the whole flow.

Tell us what you need

Text, email, or the HATH app. "The back hedge is getting out of hand." "A faucet's dripping." A real human responds.

We confirm the time

We give you an honest estimate of the hours, and a day to expect us — no surprise invoices, no service-call fees for everyday help.

Your team shows up

The same trusted HATH crew that knows your home. They do the work and log the time spent.

Coins are deducted

The exact hours used are taken out of your balance. You can see your remaining coins in your account, the same day.

Common questions

The short answers.

Is HATH Coin cryptocurrency? Do I need a wallet or anything technical?

No. For members, HATH Coin is simply a balance in your HATH account — the same way a coffee-shop app shows your stars or a hotel app shows your points. There's nothing to download, no wallet to set up, and no blockchain to learn. We handle the technology underneath; you just see "you have 1,200 coins banked — that's 12 hours of help."

What happens to my coins if I cancel my membership?

You'd have a final window to redeem any banked hours before your account closes — we'll always give you fair notice and a chance to spend what you've earned. We never want you to lose hours you've already paid for.

Can I gift coins to a family member or neighbor?

Not at launch — coins stay in your account for your home for now. Down the road, we plan to let members gift or transfer hours to neighbors and family. We'll tell members directly when that's available.

What if a job takes more hours than I have banked?

You can either pay member-rate cash for the extra hours, or save the larger job for later when you've banked enough. No pressure either way — we'll always tell you the honest estimate first.

Do coins cover materials and parts too?

Coins cover labor — the hours of skilled work. Parts and materials (a replacement faucet, mulch, a new smart lock) are charged at our member rate, with no markup games. Members always see the receipt.

How do I see my balance?

Sign into your HATH account on the web or in the app. Your balance, your recent activity, and what's coming up next visit are all on one screen.

Start banking hours.

Join HATH and your first coins land in your account the day your membership starts. The team that takes care of your home is the team that knows your home — and you've already got help waiting.
